Chief Mason has been with our agency since it was voted in and banded in 2018 and was appointed as our Fire Chief at that time. His prior experience of 14 years in Public Safety and managing Type 3 incidents provided a smooth path for building every foundational component to our agency. He is our subject matter expert in all things Wildland Fire related.

Raymond has been with our agency since 2019. He has been in the fire service and worked for CAL FIRE (back when it was CDF) and U.S.D.A Forest Service. He has over 15 years of experience as a wildland firefighter and was previously with Big Tujunga Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. 

Alex has been with our agency since 2018. Having served in the Lifeguard Division of LA County Fire Dept. He brings expertise not only in wildland fires but all types of water rescues and a wealth of medical knowledge!

Joshua Flores has years of experience training various fire departments and has recently joined our agency as lead Arson Investigator. His contributions to our department have already made a forever lasting impact and will allow our agency to continue to grow and serve our communities better. 

Jonathan has been with our agency since 2021. He is our go to resource for health & nutrition and has been a great asset to our department.

In 2021 we realized the need for a dedicated Hydration person. Brianne has been the sole reason our team has a continuous supply of water and food and has adequate care on and off a fireline.

Judi has been with our agency since 2018. She served in the public sector with LAUSD. Her experience in local neighborhood councils and knowledge of our area, city and county laws have been a major asset into overseeing our agency.

Theresa has been with our agency since 2018. She has served on other local 501c3 boards and is our treasurer. 

Ruzanna has been with our agency since 2021. As an oversight, she helps to keep accountability and auditing in place.
